My sessions include a blend of Hatha, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Flexibility and Strength training and Meditation as well. Each class focuses on improving Balance, Weight Management, and Mental peace. My teaching style is simple, practical, and result-oriented ensuring visible progress. Classes are suitable for students, working professionals, and anyone looking to improve overall Health and Lifestyle. We also provide recreational activities.
