About RAJBALA

I am a Software Developer at Mahindra & Mahindra, where I work on enterprise-scale AI and cloud-based technology platforms. I have hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade systems using Python, SQL, FastAPI, cloud infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices.

In my professional journey, I have led the development of scalable backend platforms, optimized system performance to reduce latency and costs, and contributed to secure, high-impact enterprise applications. I have also mentored interns, conducted technical interviews, and performed detailed code reviews, which has strengthened my ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.

I hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science with a strong academic record. As a working professional in the technology industry, I ensure that my students learn practical, industry-relevant skills along with strong fundamentals, preparing them confidently for academics, projects, and real-world careers.

About the lesson

As a technology trainer,I focus on building strong fundamentals in Python, SQL, and core technology concepts through practical and interactive learning. My teaching approach is concept-based and hands-on, ensuring students not only understand theory but also apply it through real-world examples and live coding sessions.

A typical class begins with a quick revision of previous concepts, followed by clear explanation of new topics with practical demonstrations. Students then work on guided exercises, mini-projects, and problem-solving tasks to strengthen logic and confidence. Regular assessments and doubt-solving sessions ensure continuous improvement.

My special feature as a teacher is simplifying complex technical topics into easy, relatable concepts. I emphasize logical thinking, structured problem-solving, and industry-relevant skills.
