My Approach to Career Coaching I offer strengths-based, real-life career coaching for anyone aged 16 to 96 — whether you're exploring options, changing direction, or returning to work after a break. My sessions are grounded in empathy, clarity, and practical tools that help you move forward with confidence. Drawing on my experience as a professional recruitment partner, I help you uncover transferable skills and hidden harmonies from past roles and life experiences. Together, we build a clear tick-list of steps tailored to your goals, so you can stay focused, accountable, and energized. Sessions typically run for 60–90 minutes and are adapted to suit your pace and needs. I work with students, job seekers, career changers, and anyone wanting to build a life that works — not just a job that pays. Whether you're just starting out or navigating a major transition, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with purpose.
