About Noel
I am an experienced Registered Nurse with bedside, charge nurse, and preceptor experience who is passionate about helping future nurses succeed. I focus on creating supportive, personalized learning experiences that build clinical confidence, strengthen critical thinking, and connect nursing concepts to real-world patient care. As a current Family Nurse Practitioner student, I understand the challenges of nursing education and enjoy helping students reach their academic and professional goals.

My nursing tutoring sessions are designed to help students build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and develop a deeper understanding of nursing concepts rather than memorization alone. Lessons are personalized to each student’s goals and learning style and may include review of pathophysiology, pharmacology, med-surg, care planning, prioritization, test-taking strategies, clinical preparation, and NCLEX-style questions. Drawing from experience as a bedside registered nurse, charge nurse, and preceptor, I aim to connect classroom learning with real-world nursing practice in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether you need help preparing for exams, improving grades, or feeling more confident in clinicals, lessons are structured to meet you where you are and help you progress.
