I have known Frezia since she started working in the ICU fresh from university. She has a great passion and drive for nursing- in which ever department she has worked- you could see that she really came with experience from the different departments. Frezia inspired me, and so many others to study- she has a great passion for nursing education- she would always involve everyone around her in her latest course or project- encouraging us to research and study. She would research every aspect, device and patient condition and come back to share what she has learnt and how to improve on skills. I know Frezia as a friend and mentor. We met when I was an undergraduate student at the same university where she had already completed her undergraduate studies. She supported me and coached me in the hospital wards, which helped me gain confidence and improve my practical skills.
