About Valeria

I am a Russian teacher and translator. I have been a professional Russian teacher in London, Kent and Surrey for the past 10 years. I teach Russian lessons for adults and children at all levels from absolute beginners to advanced speakers.
I have extensive teaching experience both in the UK and abroad and have also worked as a private tutor for anyone that needed my help, drawing upon my multi-lingual teaching skills, tailoring delivery of my classes to suit and a broad range of learner’s specific needs
I am Russian, and I fell in love with Britain and have been living in London for many years.

About the lesson

1 to 1 teaching: An individual student is able to learn faster when it comes down to learning a new language like Russian. 1:1 teaching lets the teacher get to know the student fully and keep his/her progress and successfully develop.

Tuition for Corporate Groups: Lessons are also available for 2 or more people studying together in small groups. All participants must have the same level of proficiency in the language, the same business or general language needs and be able to study at the same time in the same location.
GCSE and A level students: for GSCE and A-level students who need to learn Russian to help them and support pass their exams. I can teach students independently, or alongside them in school/college tuition to improve their grades. I will look at the specific syllabus for your exam board and create a learning plan to match it.

Teaching by Skype: if is more suitable I can teach you Russian by Skype at a time that works best for you. All my Russian courses can take place any day of the week, including weekends, and can be scheduled for the morning, afternoon or evening.

Learning to Cook Russian Cuisine (or Belarusian, Slovak or Czech): Making time to learn Russian can be difficult. But practicing Russian during your daily activities or doing things that you love is easy! If you love cooking, why don’t you try learning Russian cuisine with Valika!
