I have many year's experience as a leader in various organizations, and hold a Masters degree in management and am in the final stages of a doctoral in organizational leadership. I also have many year's experience teaching and coaching people. I can coach you to become a more effective leader.

I coach more than teach, which works better for adults. My coaching is entirely customized to your specific needs - we will establish your leadership goals, develop a plan for reaching them, and then work to put the plan into action. I live what I teach and coach, as a leader in organizations and the community. A typical coaching session comprises reviewing what you've achieved since the previous session, what worked well and why, what was a struggle and why, and then looking to what you need to work on between now and the next session. In each session you will set mini-goals to work on. Throughout, my role as coach is not to tell you what to do, rather to help you determine what you want and need to do.
