About Natalie
My teaching approach focuses on celebrating small wins and building strong habits that lead to lasting vocal growth. I design personalized vocal warm-ups and daily drills that fit each student’s pace, making practice both effective and enjoyable. We track notes and explore lyric analysis together, helping you connect deeply with your songs. I know how scary it can be to face mistakes, so I help you overcome fear of failure by breaking goals into manageable steps. Confidence grows one little victory at a time. To keep motivation high, we create goal charts and practice playlists that highlight your progress — every milestone matters! Whether you thrive on clear structure, need inspiration, or love exploring freely, I adapt lessons to fit your learning style. You’ll find a supportive space to discover your voice without pressure. We keep things cheerful, encouraging, and focused on positive reinforcement. Together, we make singing feel natural and exciting. Step by step, habit by habit, you’ll build the skills and confidence to shine. Learning becomes a joyful journey, not a race. Let’s celebrate your progress and keep the music flowing!

I am a passionate singing tutor with over 9 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Studies. My journey has been deeply enriched by exploring diverse cultural music traditions, including Flamenco, Hindustani Classical, Celtic Folk, and African Spirituals. These genres have shaped my understanding of vocal ornamentation, microtonal expression, and traditional scales, which I lovingly incorporate into my teaching.
I specialize in oral transmission techniques, helping students grasp music beyond notes on a page. Together, we dive into the nuances of heritage and language, connecting you to the soul of each tradition. Music is a living story, and I guide my students to feel and express that story authentically.
My lessons are a bridge between culture and artistry. I encourage students to discover their own voice while honoring the roots of these rich musical forms. Whether you’re drawn to the passionate cries of Flamenco or the intricate melodies of Hindustani ragas, I tailor each session to nurture your unique expression.
By embracing these global traditions, we foster a deep appreciation for music’s power to unite and inspire. It is my heartfelt mission to help you develop both your vocal skills and your connection to heritage. Together, we honor the past as we create your future in song.
