About Jasmine

As a dedicated software developer currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Sydney, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my tutoring sessions. Specialising in Data Science, AI, and Software Engineering, I am passionate about helping beginners build a strong foundation in Python and Dart programming. My lessons are structured to make complex concepts simple and easy to understand, using real-world examples to make learning both engaging and relevant.

With experience in developing mobile applications and data analysis tools, I provide students with hands-on practice, ensuring they gain confidence in their coding abilities. My sessions are professional, supportive, and tailored to each student’s pace and needs, helping them achieve their learning goals effectively.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I focus on building a strong foundation for beginners in Python and Dart programming. My teaching approach is hands-on and interactive, guiding students through real-world coding examples and projects. I break down complex concepts into simple, digestible steps, ensuring students understand both the "how" and "why" behind each lesson. I encourage active learning by giving my students challenges and problem-solving tasks to strengthen their understanding.

Each lesson typically lasts around 30 minutes, allowing for a good balance of teaching, practice, and Q&A. Lessons are structured to build progressively, ensuring that students master the basics before moving on to more advanced topics.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Data Science and AI, currently pursuing Master at University of Sydney and I have professional experience in software development, working with technologies like Python and Dart. I have previously designed mobile applications and data analysis tools, which helps me provide practical examples in my teaching.

My lessons are ideal for beginners, regardless of age, who are eager to learn programming. Whether you're a student or someone new to coding, my classes will help you start your journey with Python and Dart.
