I'm a hospitality, culinary, and beverage professional living in Belton, Texas. I have three kids (two boys, one girl). My passions include chess, reading, personal fitness, and video games. I have degrees in English Literature, Biblical Studies, and History (with an emphasis on American History). I studied Greek and Hebrew in college.

Tastings will require the student to either purchase the recommended wines or provide payment so the instructor can do so.
Wine tastings can be crafted to any budget.
Subjects are fluid, but may include: Introduction to Wine; Tour of France (or Italy, or Spain, or Germany, or Portugal, or Napa Valley, or Texas, etc. ad infinitum); Learning to Blind Taste; Understanding Bordeaux; etc.
