FINDING YOUR VOICE
Finding Your Voice is a coaching program designed to unlock the life you deserve and desire. I began sharing this offering about 6 years ago and continue to be grateful for the impact I get to make.
MY APPROACH AS A COACH
As a coach, my first priority is always to understand what brings you to me. I want to know who you are, where you are now, and where you want to be. We will identify your superpowers—your natural talents and existing strengths—and work together to assess what else is needed to achieve the goals we have set.
MY METHODOLOGY
I am a sound healer and use guided music meditation to tap into your inner wisdom. I also love getting creative in adapting and/or designing tools such as writing, painting, body movement, and breath, - depending on what is right for you and your journey.
