I have 9 years of experience teaching Spanish with a focus on customer service. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a Concentration in Cultural Anthropology. My lessons are tailored to professionals working in hospitality settings. Students practice handling inquiries, managing reservations, and responding to guest questions. Role-playing service calls provides hands-on experience. Scenario-based exercises develop problem-solving and decision-making skills.
