About Alicia
I am a 2nd year student at the University of Warwick and have been providing mathematics tutoring for 3 years.
I have taught primary school students (aged 6+) up until GCSE, working with the new mathematics curriculum and all exam boards.
My students have all achieved highly, worth noting is that they have all achieved the grades they wanted or higher.

I am DBS checked and have had experience working with all different children at different levels, including those SEN students. As a teacher, my methodology is based on the child, as I will gage their confidence and work from that. I am very encouraging and sensitive, understanding that the main barrier to people not succeeding in maths is to do with confidence. Depending on the student I will work through exam papers, topics or work alongside their class work in school. I always make sure, the following week, that the student has retained what we have done.
