Miss Dickins' conduct is exemplary and she is professional at all times. She has excellent subject knowledge and a range of creative strategies that she uses to teach subjects across the curriculum. She takes the time to get to know her pupils well and understand their individual learning needs.

Josephine has worked at St Paul's for the last three years. She began here in her final placement where I was her mentor. She worked with a Year 2 class who had a wide range of abilities. She adapted her teaching to accommodate all these needs. She always ensured she stretched the more able while at the same time ensuring she had visual aids/supports to ensure the children who struggled could access the same learning.

She then took up a permanent position at our school and began teaching Year 4. This she has done for over a year. She always delivers inspiration, exciting and engaging lessons. She treats all the children in her care with compassion and respect. She motivates them all to learn, bringing out the best in each of them. I have no hesitation in recommending Josephine for the job as a tutor in any of her fields of expertise. .
