About Anne
I started as a classical guitarist, and switched to singing in college. I've sung opera, oratorio, concert repertoire, Gilbert and Sullivan, and early music. I was fortunate to have a brilliant teacher for most of that time, who became a dear friend as well as an inspiring pedagogue.

I believe it is important to teach with a constructive approach. I was taught the Bel Canto method of singing, specifically the Lamperti approach. A typical lesson would consist of half the lesson time doing vocal warm-ups, and the second half singing music. What sets me apart is that I genuinely love teaching and helping people grow their skill. I accept all levels. The youngest age I will work with is 12.
