About Leo
My name is Leo, I come from a family of professional jazz musicians, meaning music has been deeply ingrained into me. Throughout my teens I was constantly doing different music summer schools and workshops. These experiences have given me such a great perspective of how important music education and music experiences can be to one's life. I studied music at Glasgow Kelvin college gaining a HND. Since 2021 I have been the bass player for an indie band called “The Big Day” which has seen me play hundreds of amazing gigs, touring the UK twice and playing festivals such as TRNSMT and The Great Escape, and at the end of 2024 I toured Vietnam. During these experiences I have been teaching over the past few years sharing what I know about music with the perspective of what can be achieved.

Each person is different, and my lessons are focused on making sure that we are doing what interests you and gets you closer to your goals, whilst also covering key techniques to get you there. With over 2 years of teaching experience and 5 years of performing, touring and being a part of the music industry, I have developed a strong love for music and a way to communicate it to others. In my years of teaching I have taught children from the ages 6 all the way to 70. All levels are a great place to have a lesson and enjoy the amazing world of music!
