Engineering background, tutored for some four years before teaching for 18 years. Experience in real world is very useful for tutoring. Also a very keen musician with many years' experience playing and performing on stage in various parts of the country.

About the lesson

My experience of maths and science, including Maths Methods, Physics and Chemistry is that real-world knowledge of applications is very useful. So real-life examples go a long way to inspire students. Also important to get feedback regularly and work at students’ pace.
