About Elizabeth
I love helping my students succeed in a fun and engaging classroom! I have taught English to students in Shanghai, tutored college level exchange students in the US, and helped online programs with ESL curriculum design. I currently teach interactive full immersion English classes online. I have experience from more than 600 sessions with over 200 students, ages 4-12. I complete feedback for parents after every class to aid student development. I have worked with curriculum based on US Common Core.

My TEFL certification includes specialization for teaching English to children. I earned my BA in Asian Studies from the University of California, Riverside. I can understand issues that other teachers may be unaware of while teaching English to young students. I believe in patient guidance when correcting students and personalizing lessons into enjoyable learning experiences, whether they are in person or online!

For in home lessons, I charge extra for single lessons to cover gas. I am willing to meet you at your home, school, or library for tutoring. Because I prefer online lessons, I offer a reduced price for Skype/Google Hangout lessons! I also am willing to bundle lessons for a discount! Please let me know if you have any questions!
