About Esther

My name is Ezemba Esther. I am an experienced teacher and passionate about transferring a wealth of knowledge. I have over four years of experience teaching in a tertiary institution, where I developed my interpersonal and communication skills. I have the ability to build good rapport and personal relationships with my students, as I believe that positive reinforcement is an important strategy in managing the behaviour of my students. My passion and interest in teaching is borne out of my desire to make learning an exciting experience while sharing knowledge. I look forward to working with you.

About the lesson

I adopt a friendly approach to learning, because I believe that every child is unique in his or her own way. It is important to me that I tailor my teaching in a way that will suit my students. This means that whether you are an auditory or visual learner, I have individualised plans to adapt to your learning aid. The crux of my lesson is improving the numeracy skills of my students. To improve students' ability to learn and understand mathematics and statistics is my primary goal.
