Methodology
My teaching approach is based upon doing. I teach theory as it applies to the issue of understanding and
completing problems. As a tutor I want to address the areas where a student needs help. In other words we find out what you do well and what you need help with.
Background
I have 20 plus years experience in teaching Biology and Chemistry in Texas High Schools. I have taught Physics and Integrated Physics and Chemistry as well. I hold degrees in Biology and Wildlife Ecology.
In state exams (EOC and STAAR) my students have always performed well. In most years 90 percent of my students passed their state exams.
