About Aarushi

It's all what I have experienced personally and overcame and still overcoming a lot, and that's all because of the Yog pranayama. Yog pranayama has taught me the essence of life to its bit because we never stop and never should stop learning. We know a lot, we have a lot of knowledge, but do we really know our own self? Beauty of exterior fades in time, talk of the age mums away too, then what stays? You know the answer. I teach no talks but the silence and the song of it. How you can be comfortable alone, how you can enjoy your own company, why you should take out time for yourself, not just theory but practical. So be ready for the Yog experience like never before. Lots of love. THANK YOU

About the lesson

This class is not a basic class where you do anonymous postures and get through a yoga session. This class is more about the depth in which the Yog of body, mind, and soul amalgamate. You may not gain a lot, but you are sure going to lose a lot like anger, anxiety, lack of awareness, and much more. Tune into it to get the rhythm. Heart is beating lub dub and soul is listening to the hush hush. There is a minimum class package based on which classes are taken. Thank you.
