About Jeanette
I'm Teacher Jeanette. I have a natural passion and enthusiasm for teaching children. It gives me a sense of fulfillment when I help students achieve their learning goals. I am currently based in the Philippines but hold a US teaching license in Special Education with an Autism endorsement.
In addition to my special education training, I have been a teacher for many years. I aim to combine my relevant experiences with my dedication, flexibility, and creativity to help students improve their academic performance.

As a teacher, I establish a positive and productive virtual learning environment. I engage with students personally as well as academically to help build relationships. Every student is an individual and learns differently, so it is my job to meet their needs and ensure they have the tools to succeed.
I make Google Slides presentations to guide students through lessons. It creates a visual impact that makes discussions more interesting and engaging and helps improve students' focus and attention. I make my presentation interactive to ensure that my students are active learners during the lesson.
I use positive reinforcement in class, like praises, virtual high-fives, virtual stamps, and learning games, to reinforce learning.
