About Sudeshna M
A chemistry teacher with more than ten years of experience. I have tutored high school students in AP chemistry and AP biology and delivered lectures at the university where I taught general chemistry, physical chemistry, and biochemistry. I also taught research labs both in the US and in India. Committed to teaching that maximizes student engagement and learning, I received positive evaluations year after year. My goal is to reach out to each student irrespective of their background and help them reach their maximum potential.

My task, is to inspire students to do their best and pique their curiosity. A typical lesson starts with a goal. Learning is kept interesting and stimulating by making lessons interactive and by using visual representations. Students are encouraged to give feedback and to ask questions. I never tire of explaining till a student is fully satisfied. Post session problem solving help test student comprehension. I take pride student success. Lessons are for school students, undergraduates, and masters students.

She is really wonderful at teaching and explains concepts well. I’m a visual learner so she draws out concepts for me sometimes and makes analogies so I can understand. She helped me study for my AP biology and chemistry exams and made them a lot easier to tackle!!
