I am a trainee accountant and tax adviser working for a Big 4 firm in the tax department. I have experience in mathematics tutoring at GCSE and A-Level.
I have an honours degree from the University of Birmingham in Mathematics with Business Management

During the first lesson I gauge how a student responds to various topics and try to identify weaknesses or areas which need more work.
I work through the exam boards curriculum using a combination of teaching through examples, and setting questions for the student. I use past paper questions as well as practice questions.
I put a lot of focus on weak areas and try to teach the same topics using different methods, allowing the student to choose what they are most comfortable with.
