About Noor
Hi! I'm a high-achieving student who has recently completed Grade 10 with a 96% overall average. I've been tutoring for over two years, helping students improve in subjects like math, English, science, history, and music. In addition to academic tutoring, I also teach beginner trombone and music theory.
Outside of academics, I'm a dedicated member of my school's band program, where I've taken on leadership roles including Band Council, stage management, and concert organization. These experiences have strengthened my communication, leadership, and teaching skills.
I enjoy working with students and believe that everyone learns differently. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and developing a genuine understanding of the material. I work with students in Grades 10 and below and strive to make learning engaging, approachable, and rewarding.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, learning style, and goals. Whether you're looking for homework help, test preparation, extra practice, or a better understanding of difficult concepts, I'll adapt each session to help you succeed.
I focus on teaching students how to think through problems rather than simply memorizing answers. I explain concepts step by step, encourage questions, and provide plenty of examples so students leave each lesson feeling more confident.
For music students, lessons are customized to your experience level and goals. Whether you're learning the basics of trombone, improving your technique, or building your understanding of music theory, lessons are designed to be encouraging, interactive, and enjoyable.
I tutor students in Grades 10 and below and aim to make every lesson productive, positive, and engaging.
