About Crystal
I was an LPN for 10 years before finally becoming an RN. After practicing for 4 years in both Med/Surg, Oncology and ED, I became an NP in a clinic for uninsured/low income folks.
I have extensive experience, love pharmacology, pathophysiology, OB/GYN and women’s health specifically.

As much as I love nursing and medicine, I am even more passionate about teaching. I was always an eager, excited preceptor when I was a floor nurse, and now I enjoy mentoring new nurse practitioners in my practice.
I believe strongly that when people don’t feel empowered to ask questions, that leads to poor patient outcomes. We need to do better, and the best way to do that is by opening the door and allowing people to ask questions. So, bring it on.
