About Claire
I love working with young actors to help them connect emotionally with what they are saying. I also enjoy matching actors with the right monologue material; to shoe them in the best possible light!
I created a class called DREAMA for young actors which I taught for 15 years. I'm also the producing artistic director of a Brooklyn-based theater company called Brave New World Repertory Theatre going into its 19th season.
I have a BFA in Acting from Carnegie-Mellon University

Ordinarily I would ask a student to prepare a monologue for me, or if they don't have one, to tell me a story. I would then ask then some questions about what attracts them to acting, in order to be better equipped to select dramatic and comedic material for them.
