About Ron

8 years ago I started a journey and had no idea where it's going to go. I still don't. 8 years ago I decided to change my career and started acting. Since then my life turned upside down and every certainty I had went out the window. 6 years ago I moved to New York from Israel, and am very lucky to be constantly working since.

Before becoming an actor I used to work as an educator for underprivileged communities. Working in these beautiful communities taught me that if someone believes in you, it is much easier to let things go let yourself be free.

I think my ability to listen to the fellow actor (which might be a student as well) would allow him to stay open and free, which I found to be the most important ability on stage or screen.

Also, as a side note, I believe that the fact that I am not originally from here, broadened my perception as an actor, director, and a teacher.

I think that the thing I enjoy the most is the challenge of finding the right way to work with each student and seeing them changing along with me.
