About Tessie
I've been an actress for 15 years, I have a human approach to acting, the actor needs to listen to himself and learn what is best for his or her own process
My speciality is drama therapy and how to use art and creativity to solve conflict, I love that through acting you can experience the empathy of other people's lives in order to understand the complexity of our world and explore its nuances
I started teaching while taking my Master Degree in Drama Therapy. I taught in France for 2 years and then I started workshops in mexico for 2 more years. I'm very patient and always give alternatives to all learning process.
I have worked as an actor for 15 years and studied a BA in Drama Studies and Acting for 5 years, I also have a MA in Drama Therapy and Conflict Resolution through Art from the Sorbonne in Paris. I've taken several Acting Workshops.

I work with adults, actors and professional artists in general. I also teach adults who want to learn about fitness and wellness through a more deep process than just working out.
When you want to learn how to act, the answer is learning from actors because they are in the field and in practice instead of theorizing. Acting is action.
I have a monthly workshop for creatives to develop a step by step process and ensure discipline for their artistic progress focusing on procrastination and lack of focus.

I charge 20 dollars per hour and normally a class should last 3 hours for acting process and 1 hour for fitness dance.
