About Milton

As an acting teacher he has had the privilege of coaching and teaching a wide range of actors including Mark Ruffalo, Margo Martindale, Sean Astin, Kyra Sedgwick, Bryce Dallas Howard, Chris Carmack, Maura Tierney, and Patrick Stewart. Milton has a book and podcast, both called I DON'T NEED AN ACTING CLASS.

For his work in film and television, Justice has received an Academy Award, an Emmy Award and two Golden Globe nominations. His most recent producing venture Losing Chase (directed by Kevin Bacon and starring Helen Mirren and Kyra Sedgwick) for Showtime, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and won a Golden Globe award for Helen Mirren, as well as a Cable Ace award for the writer.

I have been teaching for over thirty years and at the same time managing to work in producing films and theater. I think there is nothing more gratifying than this work. The discovery of how to access your talent is a lifelong pursuit and I think anyone doing this is extremely fortuante.

I was an uneducated kid from New Zealand when I started. Milton was able to find the right vocabulary for me at the time to make me understand the scene in the simplest way possible ... and not overcomplicate it.

And those tools that he gave me I've used in my career: on stage in London, on stage in New York, in television, and in film. Many teachers are adamant, "this is the technique!" Milton says, "This is the technique. Let's see how it works for you."
