About Caroline
Hi there 👋 I have a room available in my apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn for $3000 a month. I currently occupy one bedroom in this three bedroom apartment with my boyfriend. We live in Miami but we utilize this residence for periodic visits. So while you would be our roommate, you would only see us from time to time and would ultimately live here alone in this large apartment for only $3000 😊 We reserve one room as an office. We fly in at least once every 2-3 months, and stay anywhere from a weekend to a week.
The apartment has: yard access (the yard itself is 1000 sq feet so larger than most New York apartments 🙂), a walk in closet in your bedroom, a lot of natural light in both the apartment and the room you would occupy, dishwasher, washer dryer in unit, heated floors, stainless steel appliances, central AC (is amazing in the summer), and you would have your own bathroom which does have a jetted bathtub.
