About Adejah
I use creative, hands-on meathods to help my students learn and understand whatever I am teaching them. I find their niche and use that to find the best meathod for them to learn. I understand every child learns differently, and my goal is to find their learning style and give them all the resources they need to be successful.
I have attended two educator trainings at the Ron Clark Academy. I have been mentored for three years by an early childhood major and successful educator/buisness owner, Hope King. I have also worked for an after school care program where I assisted children with their homework and tutored some kids on the side.

The first day I work with a student, I get to know them. I find out what their likes and dislikes are. I see what activities intrest them. I make it a point to let them know that not only do I care about their academic success, I care about them. Once I do that, I find their learning style and create lesson plans or activities based on that.
