About Austin
I have never taught formally, but I am on the road to becoming a TA at my current university, where I will likely teach some sort of engineering or math class. I have a lot of experience studying with my friends and other students, and have taught different subjects to them as well.
I have a B.S. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech. This degree focused more heavily on math and physics than other engineering disciplines, and has given me a greater appreciation for math. Additionally, I am currently a graduate student pursuing a Master's Degree in Bioengineering - Biomechanics at Northeastern University. I enjoy forming study groups and am familiar with explaining different concepts in math, physics, and engineering to fellow students.

I ask the student to send me some homework they were assigned recently, or homework they've done in the past, along with some of the topics that they've been going over recently. This lets me know what they are currently learning, and gives me insight on how their teacher is presenting the material.

Details
I am currently charging $35 for an hour-long session. If you don't need a full hour, then we can negotiate a lower price. Additionally, if we go over the hour by a little bit, then no worries, but anything longer than 15 minutes and again, we can negotiate a slightly higher price.
