About Shannon
I'm a graduate from MIT with a double major in Aerospace Engineering and Physics. I was also an AP Scholar and IB baccalaureate degree recipient in high school with honors. I've had a passion for math and science my whole life, and throughout high school and college I tutored peers and underclassmen in AP physics, AP calculus, and college level math and physics.
I enjoy empowering students to excel in math and science. I specifically strive to work with students to plan ahead and establish learning strategies and study habits that will lead to success in high school and beyond.

I like to start by meeting with the student and/or parent to understand the student's knowledge level, challenges, strengths, and goals for tutoring. This would be a 30 minute call free of charge. From there, I would plan with the student and parents a schedule that would be beneficial to development.
