About Luke

I'm a college student that possesses both a high level of academic success and strength in tutoring others. I have a wealth of experience, tutoring throughout high school, and am confident that I can help anyone learn any subject and retain what they learned through quality study methods. I am a National Merit Scholarship Finalist, with a PSAT of 1490 and SAT of 1550, and am currently on my college's Dean's List with a 4.0 GPA.

High School Junior. Beyond just general knowledge, I am adept at problem-solving and systematically working through given labs. I've taken 4 years of high school level math and beyond, and am capable of teaching everything up through Pre-Calculus. I've gotten a 1490 on the PSAT and a 1480 on the SAT.

About the lesson

I first like to get to know students by asking about them. What they're struggling with in school, how they think they best learn, and what they do for fun. Then I like to look over some of their schoolwork to get a feel for what is being taught.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would like a student to have a clear idea of what subject they need help with. Having a worksheet or piece of homework that I can look through beforehand would be preferable so I can best prepare my lesson to fit their needs.
