About Edna
I am certified as a master with the ASL Teachers Association and have 30 years of teaching experience. Am a full time ASL teacher at a deaf school and I teach at colleges on the side.
Teaching is a two way street- I learn as I teach and I like meeting new people who appreciate ASL and deaf culture. It is what I love and breathe everyday.

Nine-page Curriculum Vitae available upon request. I travel nationally almost every two months to teach ASL to families and I have presented over 400 workshops (from one hour to five days). I have a bachelor degree in ASL Studies and a BA in English Literature, a Masters in Deaf Education, and an EdS in Admin and Supervision.

I do an informal interaction to determine client's level and discuss their goals with a timeline then schedule a weekly session. We always revisit the weekly schedule from time to time to see if it works and whether the goals are being met.
