About Margaret
I have taught a variety of courses from Algebra to Statistics. Daily, I made it a priority to assist my students in developing excellent communication skills, and to learn problem solving techniques. Students were asked to solve questions independently, so that they can solve those items, on their own on their assessments.
I did communicate with other personnel at my school and the student's parents / guardian, by working together in PLC groups to develop a plan for struggling students.
I have taught mathematics material in middle school (6-8) , and high school (9-12) levels.

I have recently retired after 28 +yrs of teaching Middle school and High School classes. Through this experience, I am able to come up with a variety of techniques to help a student, when their current methods they have been taught, have not been effective. I have experience with group instruction, private 1-1, homebound/homebased students, and classroom.
