About Tyler
If you find physics boring or unexciting, then you had the wrong teacher! I have always found physics to be an amazing and fun topic, whether it be explaining why an apple falls from a tree, or why time flows slower on Earth than in space! I believe the key to understanding physics is by relating it to our everyday experiences and having fun with it! As such, I try to explain all problems as simple and as fun as possible, because our universe at its core is based upon beautifully simple principles. So feel free to ask me any questions, and I will help you understand the remarkable universe around us!
As an undergraduate studying physics, I am very passionate about learning more about the amazing universe we live in, and helping people understand it. As such, I love answering questions about all things physics! I am very well versed in all areas of physics, whether it be Newtonian Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Astronomy, Special Relativity, or Quantum Mechanics, and am excited to answer any questions you have!
I have always enjoyed answering questions about our universe, and thought I would take it to the next level!
I am currently an undergraduate majoring in physics and minoring in mathematics at Hastings College in Hastings, NE. I have spent considerable time, both in class and personally, studying many areas of physics, as well as having considerable lab experience.

Typically a new student will send me a question or problem they need help on and which parts they are having trouble with, and I will then walk them through it, either via a virtual meeting or through email.
I have worked with many students, ranging from high school to college level.
I would say look for someone who is passionate in their field and enjoys improving the understanding of students. As Albert Einstein once said, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." Thus, look for someone who is passionate in their field and are able to explain it in a way that is easily understandable.
A recent event that I am fond of, is when I first explained Special and General Relativity to some fellow students, and seeing the astonishment and awe they had from learning something as cool as Relativity. Many people don't realize the many remarkable aspects of our universe, and I enjoy helping people understand them.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would ask myself, does this person seem like the right fit for me? Do they seem passionate about their field, and seem like someone I would be comfortable asking questions? I would recommend you find someone who seems like the right answer to these questions and will help optimize your learning.
