Our company has a “mom and pop” business feel with some of the most knowledgeable instructors in the industry. Our staff has a combined experience of over several decades with nearly all having military and/or strong aviation backgrounds. I've been an aviation nerd since as long as I could remember. I started flying RC airplanes and gliders as a teenager and have strived for every opportunity since to build on my past experiences. I became a flight instructor in both airplanes and gliders within a few weeks of my high school graduation and have been finding ways to make flying affordable and achieveable for the masses ever since.



I've been a very ambitious pilot from a young age. at 14 years old I soloed a glider, became a licensed pilot at 16, a flight instructor at 18, and then earned the highest level of pilot certification, the Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with a Boeing 737 type rating at 23 years old. I've flown many aircraft all over the world and continue flying as a flight instructor, corporate pilot, and military pilot. I also hold a Bachlors of Science in Aviation Science.

The new student usually will take an introductory flight (which can count as their first flight lesson) to make sure flying is right for them. Typically the student is very excited after this experience and is ready to begin their training. We will then complete their initial paperwork and start training!



We have worked with asspiring students of 13 years old so they could solo a glider on their 14th birthday through teaching retirement aged folks that have always wanted to achieve their life-long dream of flight but never had the time or money until now. Many of our current clients are young adults aspiring to capture the HUGE demand for professional pilots. Others are those who have wanted to fly and finally have the means to accomplish their dream



Meet the instructor and go for an introductory flight! An effective instructor will have a plan (a syllabus), will allow you to fly nearly all the time, and will encourage you to meet your goals and help you stay focused. Shop around and see what age, condition and cost other flight schools are using and we'll be sure you'll find our school extreamly attactive in every way!



Well, its not super recent, but in 2004 the FAA released a new set of rules that would allow more people than ever to become pilots- The Sport Pilot Rules. This made industry wide changes to how one could become a pilot, the way aircraft would be manufactured, and simplified the rules in which one could fly. It allowed for a new generation of aircraft that are much more cost-effective to grab hold of the flight training and recreational markets. These aircraft perform just as well or better than the aging training fleet of aircraft and all the flight time counts towards the higher level of pilot certificates just as any tradition training aircraft.

Aircraft:

The course is pay-as-you-go. Because different people learn at different speeds plus other factors (work schedules, family, etc) results and overall costs can vary, therefore, we can not provide a single price for the airplane course. The aircraft are modern carbon fiber construction with advanced digital instumentation yet our prices are some of the lowest rates in the country! Our aircraft are equipped to take our clients through all of their flight ratings using our low cost aircraft. Some schools you have to pay a premium for their "advanced aircraft".

$110/hour or $100/hour when time is pre-purchased in bulk (10 or more hours).

Sport Pilot requires a minium of 20 flying hours (usually costs around $7,500 to complete)

Private Pilot requires a minimun of 40 flying hours (usually costs around $10,000 to complete)

Instructors:

We use company employed and independant flight instructors for our flight training. Our instructors are  $60/hour for their instructional time, lower than the average for valley wide schools.
