About Abril
Sat nam! I'm a psychologst and i started studying Kundalini yoga in 2017, I have certified to teach children, adolescents and adults, elderly and persons physically challenged. Then I started to feel attracted to pre and postpartum yoga, because i like child development, so it seems interesting to be able to cover the first stage of development, pre natal. I would like to be able to expand my knowledge to those who need it, since the practice of yoga can improve your quality of life.

Luego comence a sentirme atraida por el yoga pre y post parto, ya que desde que soy psicologa me ha gustado el desarrollo infantil, por lo que me parece interesante poder abarcar la primera etapa del desarrollo, en el vientre materno. Me gustaría poder expandir mis conocimientos a quienes lo necesiten, ya que la practica de yoga puede mejorar tu calidad de vida.
