I am professional, Seasoned and know my line of business and craft. I am willing to share what I know with you.
I have extensive training! I have attended Houston Community College Culinary Arts Program, I have attended over 100 hours of in train with many Food Network Stars, I have had 2 one on one classes with Mike McCary. I have been baking for 44 years. I won a prestigious Corporate Catering Company in Houston Texas. I have 6 lovely grand Children that can all attest to my baking skills.

I start my process by finding out what they are interested in and what are their goals. From there I determine their skill level and exactly where I need to focus to help them attain the goals the established in the beginning. Then we work on an agenda as to what they will earn and get to work.
