About Tiffany

I feel the most liberated when I am expressing myself through sound and movement. Dance is truly a wave. In a world full of suffering there has been much healing in those who have chosen to move stagnant energy through dance. Dance is an intimate connection with your deepest emotions and I help provide a safe space for people to unleash that through movement.

I enjoy teaching contemporary movement and encouraging women who are learning there new aging bodies to feel free and whomever they want to be in that moment! Teaching in a judgement free zone allows women to express confidently!

With children during summer camp programs, in the bay area!

25 years as a dancer/ Performer. Bomba (Afro/Latina) , ballet, progressive. Trained in the Bay area for the last 10 years.

About the lesson

We use a building block model. Training is cumulative and I first focus on conditioning the body. Learning where the student is initially will help progress the lesson planning.

All different levels,different cultures, different demographics, and different emotional needs.

Bomba performance in San Francisco, for the Mission District Festival.
