I am a former college and current professional pitcher. I have thrown at a lot of different levels and in a lot of different styles so no matter what you or your child need to work on, I feel confident in my ability to train you.
I love the helping some reach their fullest potentional, unlock their body, and find their true natural arm slot.

I like to evaluate the kind of mover the athlete is. Put them through a basic physical assessment that includes throwing with them to understand how their body works before attempting mechanical changes or putting in drills to fix their deficiencies.
From their we work on building a total athlete and increasing smoothness, strength, power, and stamina.
