About Bill

I am an ex-Major League player with over 10 years of professional playing time and 20 years of coaching experience all the way from Little Leagues to the Major Leagues. I not only teach my students the physical and mental aspects of the game but also the emotional aspects.

Working with players of all ages and watching them grow not only as athletes but as a well rounded person.

i have been doing it all my life.

Played professionally with The Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals and the Texas Rangers. I also coached with the Chicago Cubs for 10 years. I coached High School baseball in Cincinnati for 10 years after retiring from professional baseball . I have been an Instructor for 15 years and I love doing it.

About the lesson

The process that I have found to be the best in my 40 years of baseball is to include all phases of the game. Lessons are usually a 1/2 hour to 1 hour depending on what my pupil wants.

i have worked Major League, Minor League , College , High School and Little League players.

Perfect! I highly recommend Bill for baseball lessons. My son has learned so much in such a short amount of time. He makes it easy for my son to understand and also makes it fun and he also encourages my son along the way. Again, I highly recommend Bill!

Perfect! Great person to work with very helpful to my son. I highly recommend. He makes it fun for the kids and encourages them. I would have continued with his coaching, but my son's coaches for his team kept changing everything and kept setting my son back into old habits. Again I highly recommend Mr. Earley.

Bill has the ability to meet the players at their level. My son is a young player and needed the basics, and Bill provided some great drills to push him along. My son showed a lot of growth this season, and I think Bill had a lot to do with that.
