About Richard
I'm Rick Finley, owner of MD&I Baseball Academy. The academy was established in 2011, working with baseball/softball players from ages 9- college age players.
I spent over 20 years in travel baseball. I LOVE what I do, bc I meet kids where there at. I'm able to have that kind of success bc of being the youngest of 13 kids in my family ...so it allows me to connect with your son or daughter, due to having nieces, nephews who are no different from your kid(s).
I have (2) son's who were 1st Team All-Ohio athletes in baseball and rugby., Ricky and Rashad both are graduates of Lakota West H.S. 2009 and 2012 respectively.
Your son and daughter will learn, have fun, and understand their strengths and weaknesses. We will put together a plan of drills/exercises to do at home also. As a coach/instructor, I have an hour with the student, It's about what they do at home, on their own. That's the ROI (Return On Investment).

(concealed information)
I work with players on the following skills: hitting, fielding, pitching (baseball), catcher, strength, speed/agility.
You can do (2) skills in a hour session
