About David

I specialize in BOTH baseball and softball instruction. I coach both pitching and hitting in both sports. I have kids that have made USA Junior Olympic teams in both sports. Played in the College World Series and played Minor League and Major League ball (27). Nearly 90 collegiate players

Baseball and Softball are my passion!!!! My wife says it's my girlfriend. Being at the field is definitely my Happy Place!!!!! I love helping kids reach their potential.

I had parents of my players asking me for private instruction. Everything spread from there.

I played 4yrs of college baseball. I have coached both high school baseball and high school softball. I have coached selected ball for years in baseball and softball also!!!! I started giving private lessons about 17+ years ago.

About the lesson

I am very droll oriented. I stress the importance of working hard and getting out of their comfort zone!!! I work both the physical and mental sides of training!!!!

I have worked with kids as young as 5yrs old up to professional baseball players.

Look for someone knowledgeable about the sport. Someone that has great communication skills that is able to explain things on your level of understanding. Also look for someone that will push the students.

Not necessarily an event, but I love seeing my kids advance to the next level: being offered a scholarship, making a national team or getting drafted/signed by a pro team.
