About Evyn
Aloha, my name is Evyn Yamaguchi. Born and raised in Kona, on the Big island of Hawaii. I’ve played baseball for the last 23 years of my life. Including I just recently retired after playing a couple pro seasons in Europe’s German league. Now that I’m settling back in to life on Hawaii, I coach Little league, and do private lessons for kids looking to try and have baseball be a vehicle to help get an education or a contract at the pro level. I also have a handful of connections and pipelines to colleges, giving players that I train a better chance of being sent to schools. For me, it started off being a passion to want to give back to my community that supported me through my collegiate and pro career. Now, I’d like to help as many people as I possibly can. I specialize in catching and hitting but I do also teach a lot of the basics on a regular basis as well. I am very excited to get to work with any potential players.
