About Cj

iTCH is the sensation of a persistent, restless desire and urge to want. iTCH Athletics is dedicated to improving the value of lives in student athletes. We develop our athletes by implementing the six pillars of character, which are Trust worthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Accountability, Fairness, and Caring.

My journey began, one day i was watching my son practice with his team. I wasn't satisfied with the instruction taking place, so i took it upon myself to step up as a coach.

I've worked in special education for fifteen years. I've deleloped behavioral management tools, to bring out the best in a person. I've played college baseball and had an opportunity to play at professional level.

About the lesson

The most important thing is to get to know the individual. When getting to know an individual you will learn ways to pull the best out of them.
