About Navari
Welcome! My name is Navari Julius and I am here to teach anyone, ages 10 and up, who is wanting to explore the world of baseball (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Pro level). We will focus on improving quick, reactive movements, increasing explosiveness and injury prevention, as well as improving speed and trunk rotation. These methods will lead to improved bat and ball speed without the player having to overexert their body to the point of injury . I love baseball and feel like it is a fun and competitive game that helps you explore different parts of yourself that you didn't know about. I have over 20+ years of experience playing baseball including having played professional baseball as an adult as well as playing in the U.S. Junior Olympics throughout my adolescent years. I will get you to where you want to be in baseball and show you the star you have always been.
