About Fabio

I feel what I do is a passion and not a job. I truly believe that if athletes are pushed to work hard while making the experience fun then the athlete will push himself without someone pushing them. I feel I have a good amount of knowledge (pitching and hitting) that can help make players better than when he walked in the door. The biggest satisfaction I get out of what I do is getting that message saying the player achieved their goal (making the team or promoted to varsity, etc.) Give me a chance and we can get to work.

Pitched for 13 years professionally. Participated in the 2004 Olympics and 2006 World Baseball Classic where I had some great pitching coaches like John Franco of the New York Mets and Ernie Broglio of the St. Louis Cardinals and Cubs.

About the lesson

The first lesson with a new client is about knowing the player and understanding what they are looking to achieve working together. I talk and listen to them, ask some questions, and then watch and break down any mechanical flaws I may see.
You have to make sure the trainer has a positive personality and makes the lesson a fun experience. Without fun, the hard work will be left behind.

Competed in the 2004 Olympics in Athens and the 2006 World Baseball Classic

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If a student feels they have a need, then they shouldn't be afraid to speak their mind. In any sport or walk of life, asking questions is what makes someone get better.

Hitting lessons. Fabio was a professional left-handed pitcher and he helps prepare my lefty hitting son by throwing him curves, sliders, etc. Great way to prepare for facing LH pitching in games. Very valuable batting practice where you actually get better because of it.

My son and I have been to, at least, 10 different baseball programs over the years. I have realized and appreciate that Fabio is the best. His no nonsense approach and his ability to teach/ reach my son has proven most productive. I tell everyone about Fabio and our experience with him...we certainly anticipate many more workouts in the future!!!
